Your project details.

Prime Construct uses the information you choose to share to understand your project, contact you and respond to your enquiry.

We ask for your name, town or postcode and a suitable contact method. Timing, budget, a project description and photographs are optional. You do not need to give a full street address, identity documents or financial documents in this initial enquiry.

When sending is enabled, the website securely records your enquiry and sends a notification to office@primeconstruct.co.uk through Google Workspace. If you supply an email address, it also prepares an acknowledgement. An on-screen reference identifies your saved enquiry; any problem confirming the email notification is shown separately.

Enquiry records and photos on this website are restricted to authorised administrators and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Photographs are checked and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. They are not published in the portfolio or added to the public media library. Email copies and later project correspondence are managed separately in our business mailbox.

Restricted recovery backups can retain website records for up to 60 days and photographs for up to 30 days after a backup is created. If a backup is restored, the retention cleanup is run before enquiry handling resumes.

To protect the form, we use a short-lived essential session cookie and temporary, hashed rate-limit identifiers. There is no marketing subscription, advertising tracking or automatic AI response. An enquiry requesting a showroom introduction does not automatically send your details to a showroom; we will discuss the introduction with you first.

For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion, email office@primeconstruct.co.uk. We will handle your request in the context of any ongoing work and applicable record-keeping requirements.
